Turnaround Time

All orders are shipped within 3-4 business days hours Monday - Saturday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. During sales or holiday periods, we may be delayed even further due to an increase in orders.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates
For all orders, shipping is a flat rate of $8. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Unclaimed  Orders 

Lily and Max Pet Bakery are not liable for online orders that are not picked up or scheduled for delivery. When placing an online order for local delivery that is not picked up on the due date, we will attempt to contact the customer via the phone number provided and/or email provided. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to reach out within 1 business day of the scheduled date. Our cakes and treats are perishable so orders left past the time frame may be discarded and will not be refunded.
