  • All of our bones and cookies will last up to 15 months at room temperature. Store in a cool, dry place. You may refrigerate/ freeze your treats, but it is not necessary. After time, the icing will fade in color but the treat is still okay to feed your pet.

  • Cakes, pupcakes, and our soft baked treats are to remain refrigerated for up to 5 days. After that time span, freeze your cakes, pupcakes, and soft baked treats for a later date. Please order your custom cakes, pupcakes, and soft baked treats 2-3 days in advance. We recommend delivery for the day you plan to celebrate.

  • At Lily and Max Pet Bakery, we take pride in offering personalized products tailored to your unique preferences. Please note that personalized items are crafted specifically for you and, as such, cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or error on our part.

    Once an order for a personalized product is placed and confirmed, it enters production promptly to ensure timely delivery. Therefore, if you wish to cancel or modify your personalized order, please contact us as soon as possible. However, please be aware that once the production process has begun, the customer is responsible for the full cost of the personalized product.

    We strive to maintain the highest standards of quality and accuracy in crafting personalized items. In the unlikely event that there is an error or defect with your personalized product, please contact us immediately, and we will work swiftly to resolve the issue to both parties satisfaction.

  • Turnaround

    All orders are shipped within 3-4 business days hours Monday - Saturday 9am - 5pm. During sales or holiday periods we may be delayed even further due to an increase in orders.

    Order Tracking

    If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

    Shipping Rates

    For all orders, shipping is a flat rate of $8. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

    Unclaimed Orders

    Lily and Max Pet Bakery is not liable for online orders that are not picked up or scheduled for delivery. When placing an online order for local delivery that is not picked up on the due date, we will attempt to contact the customer via phone number provided and/or email provided. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to reach out within 1 business day of the scheduled date. Our cakes and treats are perishable so orders left past the time frame may be discarded and will not be refunded.

  • Due to the perishable nature of dog treats, we do not accept returns. If you are not happy with your order or a product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements.
